Welcome to the home of

Brock University’s Mental Health Services

At Brock University we strive to complement, accommodate and nourish both sides of the brain. The health and wellness of our community is a vital component of our mission to develop the whole person. University campuses across the country have experienced a substantial increase in the number of students presenting themselves with mental health issues. At Brock, we have implemented many different services and programs to meet the increasing mental health needs of our constantly changing student population. We offer free counselling services and several on-campus mental health resources including international, aboriginal and students with disabilities.

This website offers extensive information to help foster positive mental health, which will allow one to strive for a balanced healthy life. The necessary supports, services and resources for mental health management are highlighted in each section. Whether you are a student facing mental health issues, a faculty or staff member who is worried about a student, a family member concerned about a loved one or a friend wanting to give support, you will find the resources you need here.

From a holistic wellness perspective, mind, body and soul are a crucial part of academic, social and emotional well-being and success. If you are experiencing any difficulty, you don’t have to be alone. One of our doors is always open.
